After more than 150 complete kitchen remodelings and partial kitchen repair projects in commercial rental properties in just the last three years, we can say - we've seen it all; from cabinets damaged by water leaks, countertops being used as chopping-boards to damages caused by axe-wielding tenants.

Use of standardized, readily available hardware makes it easy for your maintenance teams to maintain the kitchen. Damaged parts like doors, drawer boxes, drawer fronts, shelves... can be replaced as soon as the next day after your phone call (sometimes even the same day).
If you cabinets are sound but the doors and drawer fronts are worn out we can replace them in one day and give your kitchen a whole new look without replacing all of it.
